KaMin LLC is a new company with a 70-year tradition of exploring, mining, and processing kaolin clay.  Originally part of the J.M. KaMin Emphasizes Sustainability By Focusing On Four Major Areas:

Social Responsibility:  Recognizing community needs as well as those of its business partners, customers, and employees.

Protection of the Environment: Leaving a light footprint in all mining and processing operations. Reclaiming mined land to a productive state capable of producing sustained timber yields comparable to non-mined lands.  Beginning the mining process with the end state in mind.

Prudent Use of Natural Resources:  Moderating consumption of all natural resources through recycling, process improvements, and new product innovation that minimizes consumption and improves our efficiencies. This includes an operations and reserves philosophy of using as little as possible to produce as much as possible.
